We’re looking for an experienced Posi-Track Operator with strong final-trim skills using a grader-blade attachment.

The Role

You’ll:

• Operate a Posi-Track with grader-blade attachment for precision final trim

• Shape, cut and level pads, driveways, shoulders and detailed earthworks

• Deliver clean, accurate work using lasers and/or GPS (where required)

• Keep your machine clean, maintained, and ready to go

• Work closely with a reliable crew to get projects done safely and efficiently

• Step up when needed, there are no passengers here

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience operating a Posi-Track with a grader-blade attachment

• Final trim competency: clean passes, accurate levels, tidy finishing

• Experience trimming, shaping, levelling and prepping sites

• Valid RII for Skid Steer / Posi-Track

• Construction White Card

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

• Pride in workmanship and care for machines

• A reliable, team-first attitude

Bonus, not required:

• Experience with laser/GPS
