What You’ll Do

• Prospect and cold call small to mid-sized businesses
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline
• Meet with business owners and pitch a proven advertising product
• Understand client needs and help them choose the right package
• Report directly to the founder and collaborate closely on priorities
• Bring ideas and insights from the field to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

• 1–4 years in B2B sales
• Comfortable on the phone; you actually enjoy the chase
• Self-motivated and competitive in a healthy way
• A sharp communicator who can hold their own with business owners
• Coachable, responsive to feedback, and quick to implement
• Organised, reliable, and driven by growth, personally and professionally
